How do you fix the rubber sideskirts on my car when they are rotting and falling off.?

98 audi a4 1.8t quattro

Find a better set at your local picknpull. Likely the metal that anchors it to your car has rusted away. You have to take your old skirts off to see whats there. What I did is cleen off all the rust replace anything that is completely rusted out. Then I painted with antirust paint after that put the new skirts on.
Its a tough job but worth it. Skirts have a tendency to rust out the parts of the car they cover.

Rotting and falling off???
I don't think they're "fixable".

Maybe you should consider replacing them.
