My favorite ending is definately the Naruto ending with the song "Wind" by Japenese singer Akeboshi. I think it comes quite early on in the episodes... around the thirties. And I like the Ouran High School Host Club opening a lot!

I love ReWrite, and Ready Steady Go from FMA.
As for closers, honestly I love all the closers from FMA but especially Kasani Tsumi.
I think my other faves are from Ghost in the Shell
Rize and Inner Universe are great.
I bought CDs with these songs on eBay, for cheap too:D

The 2nd opening of Hayate the Combat Butler (Hayate no Gotoku!), "Shichitenhakki Shijou Shugi" by KOTOKO. It's very energetic, and totally awesome.
