I believe that you are into some sort of religion, or else you would not believe in a "Soul" or the Devil. And if you are, then you cannot sell your Soul, it does not belong to you, it belongs to God.
If the Devil was real, why the hell would you want to sell your soul to him, and spend the rest of eternity in hell?

You write on a piece of paper "'Your Name Here's Soul" and then the tricky part is getting the Devil to come to you. You must perform satanic acts, then he MIGHT consider coming to you. If he comes to you, you give him that paper, and he'll give you money or w/e in exchange for that paper..
