if you have been trying to conceive for over a year then go see a doctor...there can be some medical problems that might be preventing you from getting pregnant.....if you have just started trying to get pregnant just wait a while....i didnt get pregnant until 4 months after trying...it can happen right away for some people, for others it takes longer or not at all....

You may need to elaborate on this question because there are so many reasons that can explain why you have not had a baby but that doesn't mean they all apply to you. We may need to know your situation like if you have any health issues and etc....
