I am looking to open my own Staffing Business. On Staff Aug, do I need to charge sales tax? It would be ALL IT

We will be doing IT placement and I was told that for long term staff augmentation, that sales tax is not applicable. Is this true?
This will be a NY State based business

You should contact the local Chamber of Commerce for a safe answer. But I dont see where you are selling an item that would require sales tax
