September 12, 2006 when someone hit and killed my Nacona when he jumped the fence while we were playing out side and I ran the three houses down the block and around the corner they had taken off and left him there to die by the time I got him to the vet he had to many internal injuries and had to be put to sleep. I cried for a whole week until I got his ashes back. I still cry sometimes when I miss him but not like I did then

About two weeks ago. I was really missing my dad and just felt the weight of the world on my shoulders at that moment.
Go ahead and cry! You will feel sooooo much better when you finish.

I had a good cry last night after talking to my mom on the phone. It is just over 12 months that my dad died..........we all miss him...might cry.......I say let it all out, have red eyes in the morning...you will feel better. x

I don't let anything brew. You have to handle controversy as it arises or people will have you crying all the time.

I know. When things pile up, I feel like I will implode and I have myself a good cry. But, it is soooo exhausting. Then I have a good nap.
