Actually, Bach didn't write any organ concertos - only solo organ pieces. Handel wrote several organ concertos but the one that does it for me is the Poulenc Organ Concerto.

The Saint-Saëns piece mentioned is a symphony with organ obbligato rather than an actual concerto.

like all those that mentioned organ concertos the Poulenc really is the most fabu .... the Saint-Saens Organ Symphony though not a concerto is also a great one to listen to .... since almost everyone knows Bach's organ works I am very glad Widor got mentioned and I would like to add Sweelinck since their organ pieces are quite incredible ... for some incredible almost over the top performances of organ works try to find some Virgil Fox recordings

You have asked for an organ concerto and have several answers which don't address that or suggest organ concertos that aren't. One of the best 20th century organ concertos is that by the French composer, Poulenc. Do have a listen, it is a wow! I like the two written by the 19th century composer, Rheinberger, but they are a little difficult to come by (altho' I do think the label Naxos has a recording of them), Finally, I should mention the two sets written by Handel, Op.4 and Op 7. There are six short concertos in each set.

The organ concerto by Ebenezer Prout. Unfortunately there is only one recording.

Hands down on that one, baby! The famous one by Bach!

Second mention to Saint-Saens Organ Symphony. The 2d movement floats and the 4th movement soars.
