after watching dispatches, i wonder if all babys should be chipped at birth and registered.

Then were is the our privacy? Not everybody needs this "tracking" device.

Their DNA is their own unique identifier. But it would be cost prohibitive to gather and record everyone's DNA.
Maybe it could be an option for those who wish to have it; but maintaining a central database would still be a challenge.
