No it is not the same in anyway. Making love is making two bodys become one. Feeling a special connection between to lovers never feels any better.

Having sex is just what it says..Just a way of 'getting your rocks off' so to speak.<3

They are the same. I think the term making love is used when people want to wrap up the raw sexuality into a little ball. They think that sex sounds to harsh and pornographic so they use the term making love to make it sound more acceptable to themselves. Well thats my opinion anyway.

well, there are different level answers to the question you ask.

On the technical level, no there is no difference. Having sex is the same as making love.

On a depper level though, there are big differences. Making love with someon you care about is much more profound and carries much deeper meaning than just having sex.

I personally think they are different.
Yes, it is the same act, but the meaning is different.
You make love in a real relationship, where there is a real strong connection between 2 people.
Having sex sounds a little more promiscuous to me (by no means is it, it just sounds a little connotative, like you're just "having sex to have sex").

Yes theres a difference, Sex can be done with anyone its like Lust you just do the Jiggy to get Lust outta your system.Like One night stands.
Making Love is what you do when you have feelings for a person and want to prove how much you Love them by becoming like One Being It makes you feel close.Making Love is far more satisfying than Just Sex.
I Hope that makes sense to you.
