I used to judge outer, but I have grown up and realize that it really is the inner beauty that counts. If you feel beautiful and have a beautiful heart on the inside, then you will shine and be beautiful on the outside. These 2 must work together. I know some people are deformed and have distinct traits such as pimples, wrinkles, or something but that doesnt' matter to me. I will say that this matters on a certain degree: you must have good hygeine, dress casually as in just make it presentable and productive, whatever works for you; if you can do that, then that's all that matters.

I judge probably outer first because that is all I see at first. When you get to talking to someone you can expose the inner beauty and that is what really matters in a friendship as well.

Honestly, I judge outer beauty first simply because it is what I have knowledge of first. Then I judge inner beauty once I know a person. Based on that judgment, my judgment of their outer beauty may change.

Outer. There's really only one way around it, and that's to not see the person until you've gotten to know them. It's a sad truth. There is, however, more to outer beauty than natural looks. I personally think an "average" girl who takes good care of herself is more beautiful than a naturally hot or pretty girl who either doesn't or overdoes it.
