I have a friend who is really in a bad way. She doesn't mean to but is taking out her troubles on me. She needs a drive to and from work every day and I'm happy to help her. But she's always late, treats me like **** because SHE's late and spends the rest of the time we're together either ignoring me or treating me like I'm an idiot not worthy of her time. I love her like family and I know she doesn't mean any of this but right now I'm so pissed off I could walk away and never see her again. Does anyone have friends like this? How do you deal with it?

I have a friend who is similiar to this - but I only see her occasionally. This can NOT go on for you though - her treating you like dirt while you are giving her free rides. Sit down and have serious talk with her about how you feel about the way she is treating you. She may or may not realize that she is doing it... and if she doesn't shape up and try harder then tell her you won't give her any more rides. I don't know the details - but I'm sure she could find some other form of transportation. Be firm but kind. Good luck!

u dont owe this self righteous b#tch anything, if she wants ur help she needs to show a llittle appreciation and not take ur kindess for weakness. i would tell her flat out no more, im done helping u out, i get no consioderation and u have a crappy attitude.

I would find a new friend..............and then be available if the friend is interested in renewing the friendship later......
