Resident Evil 4
Fatal Frame 2 - Crimson Butterfly
Silent Hill 2 & 3
But one of my favorite horror games was released ONLY for the GameCube, and it's called Eternal Darkness - Sanity's Requiem. It's my 2nd fave horror game, after RE4.
