Tofu is correct - ipconfig /all to view the info
however to edit or put in new info you will need to go into your network places - network connections - then right click on your connection icon and go to properties - select Tcp/ip - you can manually type in the Dns address here.

If this is for connection to a router, you should get this information from dhcp on the router. If you need it to connect a second piece of equipment, use the router IP address as the first, leave the second empty. The router acts as a dns proxy.
