I think that's a terrible, TERRIBLE title.
Think about how it reads-- it sounds like there's a bill that will protect "advances [i.e. sexual passes]" by gay workers!
ha!

To the merits of the bill:

I think it's about time that Congress recognized that sexual orientation discrimination is as contrary to our idea of equality as race, religion, gender, and disability discrimination. Many states already recognize this type of discrimination as actionable--it's time to move the country forward.

perhaps they must handle the drop out fees in inner city's first. maximum considerable cities have over a 50% drop out fee and he's frightened approximately bullying? And in simple terms bullying against gays? i admire Democrats! they are so logical.

forget the bill-i would just warn the gay once-if he didn't listen i would hit him=result no more harassment.
