I just bought a air bubbler for my 10 gallon tank and I turned it on and left it over night and when I woke up the tank was foggy. Is that ok?

I've had this happen before. The problem is probably that the air being taken in is introducing some pollutants into your tank. I also had the air flow too high for my tank.

It isn't the best situation, however, if you turn the pump off and do a partial water change you'll probably be ok.

In a 10 gallon tank, you don't need too many "bubbles". If your operating an ornament like a treasure chest, diver or something similar, use a low setting. It isn't a bad idea to use a timer but it isn't necessary.

well for a 10 gallon tank you probaly dont need to leave the bubbler on all the time. i would put it on a timer set for a few hours a day.

You do not REALLY need a bubbler. But if you want just keep it on for a few hours a day.

You dont want it completely foggy, but just slightly on the bottom.
If youre going for fog, cool, if youre looking for a humidifyer, skip the fog, and go for a TropicAire, or some other similar aparatus.

Yes, if because all the bubbles shakes all of the junk all over the tank.
