Well there's two types of fast food. The cheap ones(ie. McDonalds, Burger King). And the specialty ones such as the Italian fast foods or Druxy's Deli. Personally for Italian fast food I'd go for a fast food at the Eaton Centre. You can get a large spaghetti with meatballs there for only $6

I eat mostly Italian food, but I am NOT Italian. I do however love fast food ONLY and that is ONLY if it involves chicken. I don't really like eating red meat or pork that much. I don't won't to have a heart attack or high blood pressure or any of the other stuff that red meat and pork helps create. but if I was Italian I probably wouldn't care to much for fast food either.

I like to have fast food every once in a while, but I don't eat fast food everyday because it's very unhealthy.

Fast food tastes really good because it's "designed" to be that way. I like it because of its tastiness but really only have it once in a long while. Suggestion: eat the real meat at least; find out how your burgers and nuggets are made before you put it in your mouth!

After reading 'Fast Food: The Dark Side of the All-American Meal' I can't touch the stuff. Many people like it because additional sugars and fats are added to the food to make it taste better, and they can become addicted to it just like cigarettes.

Fast food is when you don't have the time to eat and in a rush. It's not for everyday meal though.. I mean, there is not the actual chicken or same coke taste from the bottled can sodas. It's not healthy.
