No. Jeeps are currently manufactured by Chrysler Corporation.
The Hummer is manufactured by AM General, part of General Motors.
Back in the 80s, the U.S. military wanted to update their light utility vehicle, the Jeep, with something more modern. The original Jeep design dates back to WWII. During WWII, Jeeps were manufactured mostly by Willis and Ford. After the war, they were made exclusively by Willis. Willis was bought by Rambler, which became American Motors which was bought by Chrysler.
The Hummer design is what they came up with. AM General was bought out by General Motors.

Mad Jack has no clue as to what he is typing.....
HMMWV or the H1 are made by AM General(no relation to GM, other than marketing agreement)
H2 and H3 are nothing more than ugly bodies shoved onto GM chassis with a Hummer name slapped on them.
Bantam Car designed the original vehicle that became the Jeep. The US government took the design and gave it to WILLYS and Ford during WW II. After the war, Bantam was bankrupt so the US government gave the design and contract to WILLYS. Ford sued several times to stop this, or get part of the contract.
Willys whose products other than Jeep were not selling. mergered with Kaiser Overland, and became Willys Overland. Other than military products, off-road trucks and Jeeps, Willys Overland fared no better. Willys Overland merged with Nash/Rambler to form American Motors.
American Motors then fell on hard times, and had to sell a large portion of the company to Peugeot. The US government would not allow a foreign company to own or produce the HMMWV(or Hum-vee) or have the Post Office contract. So American Motors was forced to spin off the AM General division into a seperate company. Without the lucrative governmental business, Peugeot fared no better with its ownership of Jeep. Chrysler with US government bail-out money lining its pockets bought American Motors with the express intent on getting rid of everything that wasn't Jeep. Everything looked great for Chrysler in 1987. They were the leader in many market segments, owning the mini-van, the SUV/MPW, and mid-size truck markets.
In 1997 with an aging product line-up and no real prospects for breaking out of its slump, Chrysler agreed to be bought out by Diamler-Benz. The maker of Mercedes Benz and Unimogs. This continues another dark period for the Jeep nameplate as no products with the characteristics worthy of Jeep's heritage are released.
In 2007, With losses mounting and once again a tired non-selling product lineup Chrysler is sold to the Cerebus Group. Cerebus has stated it will revitalize the Chrysler owned brands by dumping products that don't fit the brands distinctive images. Chrysler for higher-end luxury models(think Lincoln), Dodge for high-volume market models(think Chevy), and Jeep returning to its roots as a rugged, off-road, do anything types of vehicles.
