Could the conduct you describe in your examples also result in tort liability?

If a doc intentionally harmed a patient and they didn't want it. Of course there could also be tort liability. Everyone wants to sue.

Amputating the wrong leg or removing the wrong lung should be a crime. And a tort.

Easy.

Under Hitlerly's plan of mandatory coverage, if you do not carry insurance, as required by law, then you could face a fine. If you do not pay the fine, you go to jail.

Therefore, under her plan, if you do not want to carry health insurance, then you will go to jail....(and people say the republicans are in the pocket of the insurance companies....HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA)
