Looks like you're one of the first to discover a new Q&A that Yahoo is launching. Obviously, they are branching-out, after the success of Q&A and no doubt in response to some user suggestions along the way.
They must be testing it to see if it's gonna crash when suddenly ten thousand members join, or something. But it looks like it is just about 75% finished. Notice there's no real data anywhere yet, basically just a list of names they already had at their disposal.
Also notice how they made your user name "wholesome."
