bought to go on a road trip from San Francisco to San diego, prolly goin stop at LA, any activity suggestions?

go down hwy1 to see carmel and big sur, hearst castle.

Stop in Hollywood and do the touristy thing...walk of fame, Hollywood sign, Mann's Chinese. You can also stop in Venice Beach which is always a free circus :-) the boardwalk in Santa Monica is fun, too. I would enjoy the coast highway down to San Diego then Balboa Park, Mission Beach, Coronado, the Zoo (if you have time). I would have dinner someplace Downtown or in Little Italy.

I agree...drive down the PCH and enjoy the scenery...take a stroll on the 3rd street promenade in Santa Monica

In san diego, go to pacific beach( locals call it "PB") Then, at night, go to the Gaslamp district on the weekend for some partying.

in san diego, if you are here on a tuesday go by balboa park, lots of museums are free on tuesdays.
