How about we move past Ellen Degeneres and her inability to abide by a simple contract?
Good idea. Having to defend her when she admitted she was in the wrong, and the actions of Mutts & Moms was morally incorrect and they went about it all wrong, gets tiring after a while. It's kind of like continually bashing Sharon from Y&R by saying the same things/points about her in the Soap Operas section.

So many important events and people in this world to report on. Yet, we spend so much news time to trivial matters. We here over and over about these matters. When was the last time we really saw on the news real information direct from Iraq other than a few sound bites. It's not that I mind a little fluff now and then but they go on and on as if they were so crucial to our country. But I digress.
What she did was no more than most of us have done. How many of you have ever completely read all the terms of the agreements used on some Internet sites?
She must be one emotional woman?

How can someone like Ellen Degeneres say that she must have signed a paper saying she couldn't give away a dog? Did she read what she obviously signed or not?

Okay why should the dog rescue sue Ellen ? they are the ones that called the media and the police they brought that on themselves . Yes we all know ellen did not read the paper she signed . Okay enough said let it be done and over .

You are right, people are dying in Iraq, people are hungry, we have homeless people, uncurable diseases, high obesity rates in our children and we are talking about a dog!
