The Kosovo story is as clear as spring water.

The Albanians hold no legal argument whatsoever, except that they are backed up by a political criminal policy of USA, which puts itself above any international legality.

The argument frequently used is that Serbia must pay for what Milosevic did. The progressive Serbian government must pay for the terrorism which was financed by USA, despite offering Kosovo a wide autonomy, and the criminal and mafia Kosovo Hague immune landlords shall be given political recognition to form a country in tomorrow's Europe. Would the Serbs in Croatia be given independence for what Tudjman did (more than openly)?

Sovereignty, UN resolutions, legal judgment, etc. have been shown ever since the Badenter's conclusions. It is all a nasty political gameplay and nothing more. To them, legal documents are as obsolete as they want them to be, but only to the line of no repercussion - that dangerous line to cross is the only political chance of Serbia to keep its sovereignty. The name of the game is signing the paper or not, and the decisions of Security Council.

Playing with international laws, European countries know exactly what they are doing and what consequences this has. The Germans knew this when recognizing Croatia... If Kosovo gets recognized by European countries without Serbia's acceptance, this will draw serious consequences for the political future of Europe which is already too much under USA influence... Germany knows that... Germany does have good economic relations with Russia and does not like USA influence in Europe.

And last but not least, Russia has awaken and is not liking the idea of American Kosovo :)

The United countries information superhighway internet site will grant you a checklist of its 192 member worldwide places, plus Vatican city, which has observer attractiveness is and is pointed out maximum many times as a rustic (the u . s . a . has an ambassador to the Vatican). To this checklist you will upload Andorra, Lichtenstein and Monaco, all pointed out as independent worldwide places, although now no longer in the UN. Kosovo was only pointed out as an independent state, although has now no longer had time to apply to the UN (wherein Cina and Russia have vowed to veto its club besides), and Serbia is threatening to invade and extinguish the independence stress. Then there is Taiwan, it truly is considered by skill of itself and all others as part of China, although operates actually like an independent usa besides for now no longer being in the UN. There are additionally a quantity of secessionist activities of different levels of seriousness and robust fortune. Transdnepr (it is the the perfect option identify, now no longer a misprint or sneeze) has been walking its own affairs for different years, although keeps to be considered as as secessionist and now no longer a rustic. the 2nd Vermont Republic falls at diverse end of the spectrum, with no longer something although a P.O.container and a few sensible men. In between you've factors like South Abkazia and Rio d'Oro. in my opinion i might desire to bypass with 198: UN, plus Vatican, Andorra, Lichtenstein, Monaco, Kosovo and Taiwan.

Territories and borders change.

There is no such thing as country whose borders are not subject to change.

Would you object for example if the Serbian parts of Bosnia (Republika Srpska) wanted to break away and join Serbia?

I wonder which territories and borders change, besides ex-YU or let's say Serbia in Europe today?
If Kosovo gets independence, than Republika Srpska have the same right too, and the argument will be the same - the majority of it's people will vote for independence. Same argument as for Basque or Scotland, but why than England or Spain object to that?
PS Bantu people, voodoo people.... History "arguments" vary from Ilyrians till 17th century. What a progress!

If Serbs left Kosovo en masse around 1690 and settled in (occupied) a part of Hungary (Vojvodina), why does Serbia want to keep BOTH provinces, huh?

I say it's GREED !!!

I say, "choose ONE, not BOTH provinces !!!"
