Have you ever had the "roommate from hell"? Care to share any horror stories about them?

Yes, and she was my best friend until we were roommates.
She had kids, but slept all day. I would find curdled baby bottles and dirty diapers by her bed.
I always got up with her baby or knowone could sleep.
I fed her kids because she "didnt feel good".
She was smoking pot in the house around my kids,and her boyfriend robbed me.
The worst part is that what he took was a cheap jewelry box that was the last gift my sister gave me before she died, and all it had in it was the kids baby teeth, and macaroni necklaces and stuff the kids made that I can never replace.
Her daughter was diagnosed with failure to thrive because she was lazy, so I asked her to leave.
Hasnt been the same since.

I still do, he's a 32 year old man who lives in my basement. It's pure filth. He has 110 lb black lab who's only been bathed once in the 4 years he's lived with me. The basement is covered in dog hair and the dog is so dirty he's had several skin infections. The most recent one, so bad, on his head, i had to rush him to the hospital the other night because he looked like something out of a horror movie. Sadly the idiot didn't even think it was that big of a deal...just asked me "how much do i owe you". I'd love to kick him out, but all my friends are married or happily living alone, and i'm still in need of the xtra income...roomies suck.

I had a roommate so dirty to try and teach him a lesson. I put all his dirty dishes in his bedroom. It had food still on it.

2 months latter when I ran out of dishes I went into his room and they wer piled everywhere. Multicolored. Cheese and dried Gravy. I bought only paper plates after that.

Um yeah in college. She did her laundry only every 3 months and smelled like CRAP! She had pet aquatic things and she never cleaned their tank and when they died from not being feed by her lazy butt she would put them in a dixie cup and set them out in the room to rot. Gross! She also didn't clean and got her hair all over the bathroom (you woulda thought a monkey lived there). It was horrible!

HAHA!! I had a roommate once. She used my toiletries (nail polish, etc) wore my clothes - sometimes she'd put them back without washing, or sometimes she kept them. She never did any housework, then she had the nerve to move out on a weekend while I was away. She said it just wasn't working out! LOL...so glad I got rid of her

While staying in a studio apartment...a roommate stole the bed we slept on, went through all of our perosnal items, exploited "personal" pictures of us on the internet, ate all of our food, expected us to buy him food, didn't clean up after themselves, used a lot of water taking showers, sat in fron tof our computer using our paid accounts for online games (not letting anyone else who paid for it play),
always kept our cell phone with them at all times, and used up all of my boyfriends asthma inhalors,

....and this guy was 30 yrs old....

She wanted out of the lease. Instead of telling me she and her brother sent me a death threat in the mail. The nice FBI agent got to the bottom of it all. She moved out and her brother went to Juvie.

ummm yeah, she never cleaned, endedup never paying, was a whore, had sex in my bed multiple times, was dirty (she didn't always shower) it was horrible, i moved out after 2 months and then she got evicted later cuz she couldn't pay her bills
