U r so sweet- great website! I absolutely love the Snow Leopard (w/ pink) stroller baby blanket!
It's so stylish & blankets always carry lots of memories for the moms & the children.

edit: What someone said about the prices- it isn't every day your friend is having a baby- make it nice, as I can see you want to & good quality is very noticeable.

Wow, there are some really cute things on that site. My personal favourites are all the little socks, especially the ones that look like miniature shoes.

I guess it really depends on how much you want to pay for the gift but I'd say you can't go wrong with cute baby socks!

One of my friends is also expecting a baby in the near future (a boy!). I might have a look around on that site to get some inspiration for when hers arrives.

Anyway, hope I helped out a little :)

They are okay. Why not be more creative? Get a diaper pail and dress it up with a baby blanket. Then put things in it that she can use for a newborn. Powder, diff sized diapers, baby shampoo, things like that. Wrap it up in plastic with a huge bow and a gift cert on the bow for a photo of the baby from J.C. Penny or Olan Mills.

Any of those would be a 'good gift' ... but if you want to be a 'really good friend' then give her a 'gift certificate' of your TIME ... time to sit with her in the last few weeks, and to help her 'finish' getting ready for her baby ... time to 'baby sit' so she can take a NAP without worrying about her little one ... time to LISTEN to her 'go on and on and on' about the baby, be it good or bad, WITHOUT COMMENT unless she asks you to say something, and then BE NICE about your answer. No, you can't 'hold' those gifts, or dress a baby in them ... but after that baby is born it's the TIME that will really matter most to this new mom.

The baby socks that look like little shoes. I have two girls and I didn't really put any shoes on them for a while. They are really cute and unique.Trumpette Baby Socks Jenny's Cool Baby Girls Clothes

I like the Pink Paris Burp Cloth set. A new parent is always running out of these multi-functional necessities.
