hello. I recently bought a game from Target for the WII. I bought this golf game and returned it [UNOPENED/PLASTIC NEVER BROKEN]. I then got some money back which i used to buy Pokemon Battle Revolution from Target. I opened the case and started playing. I realized. It SUCKS. I was wondering if Target would accept the Opened PBR game back. [I still have everything thing that game with it except for the broken plastil around it.]

Due to the ease of copying disks, it is against the law for a company to accept a return on opened software, except for exchange for the exact same item.

maximum chain shops are good about returns because they wont lose money. in basic terms replace your 360 version for an same interest. tell them that it freezes up contained in the technique the game. they are going to be more suitable than satisfied to replace the game for you because its a similar identify. Then take your unique reciept with the recent unopened interest back (both to a diverse objective save or some days later) and get the ps3 version.

You're out of luck. You can take it back and get another copy of the same game, but they won't give you cash or store credit for any opened media (video games, movies, or music).

Well you could try and pull of a "wrap and return". If you know anyone that works at Office Depot, Office Max, or Staples you could have them re-wrap the game in its plastic and get away with it....be careful though, i think its illegal, if you cant or don't want to pull that off you could always sell it on a website like Amazon.com where you can name your own price for it or on eBay.

They will let you exchange it for something else of the same value or the same game. But you won't get your money back. Sorry :(
