If it is legal to drink at 18 where you live, then have a friend over 18 buy the booze. Simple.

While continuing to look for you passport, which by the way will expire on your 18th birthday anyway, you can get a state ID card in most states at the same office that issues driver's licenses. The cost is around $10 and you will need at least a birth certificate and a social security card. Any other ID, like studenbt ID or something with both your name and a picture on it will help.

the only thing i can think of is when you go to certain pawn shops to say for instance cash a cheque you usually get a card with photo id on (well i did) and it had my date of birth on but you need your passport as proof so unless they accept other id your in a no win situation. most nightclubs only take passports as id they can be little shits!

if the worst comes to the worst just wear a banner saying your 18 and badges and stuff and youll prob be ok!

most bars/nightclubs and off licences will except passport (tho whose stupid enough to go out drinking with theirs i will never know) a photocard driving licence a citizencard proof of id or an NUS card, although as there are so many fake NUS cards some places may not except them.
http://www.citizencard.com/ is the link for the citizen card, driving licence is self explanatory - forms available from the PO and NUS cards are student union cards available from your union centre if you are at uni.
i think the only one you may get in time for tomorrow is the nus card if you are a student. failing all that wear a huge 18 today badge and tie balloons to your wrists and celebrate hard with a loud gang of friends and make it soooo obvious its your birthday (may even get a few free drinks hehe, most nightclubs will let you in im sure and pubs as long as you arent causing trouble and dont look about 12!
hope you have a fab birthday x

Theres not much you can do by tomorrow to get hold of ID

Only way is to get someone who is 18 or older to get it for you.
Next step is to get your passport sorted out so you have it next time you want to buy some , and maybe a back up like a provisional driving licence.

And cherish looking young you will like it in 10yrs time you will still look 21 ;)
Have a great birthday x

You can apply for an ID Card at your Department of Motor Vehicles. You usually need your birth certificate, your social security card and another form of identification--your passport would be perfect [if you found it]. Probably would be best to call ahead to see what you need, in order to avoid the hassle of waiting in a long line only to find that you don't have what you need and have to go back.

I wouldn't worry about ID for tomorrow. I'd worry that losing your passport could mean someone has stolen your complete identity. Inform the passport office immediately. http://www.passport.gov.uk
