So, is it an infringement of copyright when one blushes, grows red roses and wears red lipstick on Red Nose Day?

Eek! Have we gotta change the colour of our blood? I know mine is blue anyhoo...but what about normal, mere mortals? ;-)

well alfie, i've no idea as to the legality of such an aggresive corporate move, but morally does anyone have the right to own something that was in existence already....... you know red was very happy being red long before the p.o.came along, now its just found out its the lap dog of the communication industry!!!!!!!!! well i hope it doesn't get pissed off and decide to stop being red.......................such a lovely colour to have around..................................
