And why do some people insist that believing a certain race is above others or that keeping your bloodline all one race isn't being racist? I understand that this is something learned through your family but why is it still happening?

I would like to clarify a few things.

First, I don't just assume that because you married someone who is the same race as you you are racist. I understand that people love who they love and they see beyond race. I was reffering to people who are trying to keep the bloodline "pure" and would consider a child with someone of another race "tainted."

And by "educated" I didn't mean that they made it through school. I'm only 15, and though I've done well in school thus far I am actually failing this year because I've been out of school for the past two months due to a medical condition. I meant that there is so much information and wisdom being spread about how nonsencical racism is that I don't understand how people, young people, continue to live racist lifestyles.

I also don't understand how one could judge an *entire race* based on the actions of the people where you live. I would blame the individuals, not an entire race of people. There will always be intolerable people.

I also get that people who live in secluded areas or are older are more likely to be racist. My great-grandfather is extremely rasict against African-Americans and only accepted that Mexicans were okay when I was born. That's just how he was raised and he's too set in his ways to see the light. I don't blame him aand I feel very sorry for him but I don't excuse him.

I also don't like people who are extreme and think that everything is racist. Where I live, the hispanics really have a problem with thinking that everyone is always out to get them. It bugs the crap out of me and I don't think it's okay. I actually consider this a form of racism.

I do not and will not accept racism as okay under any cercumstances. To me it's hate and judgement, and as humans we have no right to do that.

There are still a lot of uneducated people out there and there will always be. It's true, a lot of people think that being "pure blooded" makes them superior to other races or to people who are of mixed race. It's pure ignorance. They are so busy looking at the color of the skin or being obsessed with ethnicity and nationality, that they fail to see what really counts. If people choose not to go outside of their race I don't have a problem with it, it is their preference and doesn't mean they are racist. Just as long as they don't look down upon others who have chosen to do this.

It doesn't matter that you have PHD or high school diploma. Its a form of separatism that the government put out daily. The media is a prime example. The media depict only certain images that they want you to believe or to hear. Everything that you do are base on race. From job application, test, loan, etc. I really blame the government for poisoning alot of great minds.

racism can be learned and passed on through the family, but sometimes its created through personal experience. come live where i live. over the past 10 years i have watched the town i grew up in destroyed. my parents cant go outside at night anymore, you cant drive down the street w/ out groups of people walking in the middle of the street mind you, cursing and ranting when you honk. drug dealers, gangs, loud music, disgusting animal like lifestyles. it has to be embarrassing for some african americans when they see ignorance like i see everyday. i grew up with most black kids, school, work. I used to listen to rap music, talk with a twang, and wear my cloths like an idiot. and then i lost my job cause i was white.my mothers house was robbed, where she has lived for 30 years. i could go on and on, but i became a racist from a direct result of the culprit's actions. its funny when you go to a "white" movie theater or "white" mall and you see how ignorant they act. then they complain about how we react to them, why do they intrude? what ever. racism isa horrible thing but what do you expect?

I was raised in a very racist atmosphere & am not racist. It's simply a choice people make. They know what they're doing. I refuse to make excuses for them.

Racism isn't always learned from your family, it's also learned from life experience. How is having children with someone who is the same race as you racist??? Mabye people just want children who look like them, it's human nature.

"Racist" is an underhanded epithet used by egalitarian bigots to force their beliefs upon others and quell righteous dissent.

All people, including White people, have a right to sustain their existence and protect the integrity of their lineage, which has nothing to do with an individual's level of education, but rather with individual liberty.

Cope with it.

The best way to explain it?

"God must love stupid people. He made so many of them!"

I think the problem lies in ignorance and is perpetuated by the attitudes of so many people. Equally irritating are the racially hypersensitive, who think EVERYTHING is racial.
