If they owe me more than what I paid them, but they have already charged my card, what can I do? What agencies/websites do I report them to? Do I stop payment on card? help.

state attorney general's office in nearest city.
and i'd dispute the card item, too.
lots of shady to illegal actions in moving companies.

The first thing you should do is write a letter demanding the refund for the amounted that was overcharged. Send 1 regular, 1 certified and keep a copy. Also send a copy to the Better Business Bureau. Give them 10 days and state in the letter that unless the said amount is not received within 10 days, other actions may be taken.
