I'm 15 and I work at McDonalds. I have to talk to my boss about two overnight shifts I got that I can't do. I'm so scared about talking to her. Know any ways to help calm me down?

At 15 it may not be legal for you to work the overnight shift. Check out the laws in your community. The best thing to do is to just tell your boss that you are sorry but you cant work that schedule.

Tell her as soon as possible. Your being nervous is natural, but don't let it create a bigger problem. Figure that you can graph the direct relationship between her calmness and how much advance notice you give her. She might feel a little disappointed (rate that a 2) if you told her immediately. For every business hour you wait to tell her, add .5. Expect her to blow her top when it reaches 10 or more.
