She can not even visit or see her kids unless she cooperates with the court but for now at least she cannot see them?

If the court belives she is a danger to her her kiuds, it is not unusual for them to take these sorts of steps. I work in Rehab, and she has been reported to have had a serious drinking problem, and to have endangered her children several times. I do not know if the reports are credible or if the court's rulling is correct, but if the judge belives that she is a danger to her own kids, he has no choice but to keep her from them.

Yeah. Judges don't like it when you refuse to follow the court's orders and basically give them the finger. Britney must not have been paying attention when Paris didn't do what the court told her to do and ended up in jail.
