That said, n has to be a multiple of least common multiple of 15 and 10, namely 30. So the lowest value arises when n is exactly equal to 30. So count up its factors. It may help to note that they come in pairs -- 1 and 30, 2 and 15, and so on.

The answer to the second one is 1(1+3). Surely you can express that as a percentage.
