I have a tree that refuses to turn red, and shed its leaves. (No, it's not a pine tree.) We've already had the first freeze, and at night it gets pretty low temperature wise. The tree by the way, is planted on my dog's grave.
When my first dog got hit by a car, I think I sensed something. But its not a feeling that I can describe, at least not well. It was like someone twisting my insides, which were burning hot.
Once I managed to trip off a flatbed trailer, trip off, and land on the ground 15 feet away. Had to get 3 stitches.
Once when I was little, I dreamt that I was going to get up, and rearrange the covers on my bed. I woke up right after that, and like I was on autopilot, did the exact same thing I had done in my dream.
Once I participated in that "Light as a Feather, Stiff as a Board" thing while at camp in Vermont (Smuggler's Notch). The results were creepy. It actually worked.
Are those paranormal enough? Don't know about the ghosts though...

I have a team that investigates paranormal activity. So yes I have experienced spiritual/ghostly/paranormal activity. Do they exist I believe so, but I am still skeptical about most anything and I go out of my way to debunk and disprove any evidence I get before I say maybe its haunted. Out of thousands of pics I have only about 20 saved and I have never saved an EVP yet because I want a clear audio recording, not something you have to guess at.
I started doing this about 1999

people have to be open to the paranormal to be able to have experiences. People who don't believe it will dismiss things as something else.
I lived in an apartment when I was a kid, later we found out someone had killed themselves in the house.
There were weird things happening like a bowl moved across the table once, dolls would fall off shelves. Once I was fighting with my sister and we stopped when we noticed a poster inching across the floor. Also there was a record player that would play backwards every other time we turned it on. (It played like that for years, then it stopped working completely when we took it out of that house. when my mom moved, it was just a few houses down and not much chance that the thing was damaged in the move)
Also, houses with a lot of negative energy tend to attract spirits. That apartment I lived in people were always fighting (whether it was my mom and the kids, or me and my sister...it wasn't a happy place). Also my husband has a friend who harvests a lot of negativity, My husband swears to seeing shadows of beings in doorways in that house and he spoke of a certain mug he liked to use when he was there. The mug disappeared for a year and then showed up on the kitchen counter out of nowhere.
Also, my friends brother died. On the day he died there was a bust of Beethoven he's given her that moved itself off the back of the refrigerator (where it didn't move for months) to the sink.

oh yeah, when we first bought our house a few years ago. For the first few months My husband and I were having weird and vivid dreams about some old guy being in our house. After we moved some boxes into our garage and came back in there was an Indian head penny on top of one of the boxes we had just moved.
We figured it was the ghost of the husband of the woman we bought the house from. When we started talking about "the GHOST of John Fettis" verbally to each other, it went away.

Paranormal means anything beyond normal and includes a wide range of occurances. Not referring specifically to ghosts, and hauntings, as some believe.
I have experienced paranormal events on more than one occasion, though nothing scary. I have never seen a full blown apparition, and don't believe everything I see on TV. I think it's best to be skeptical..and when I see it I will believe it.
Though I have dubbed my experiences as paranormal, I have never sought out an investigator to "debunk" it, until such time, I will just refer to my experiences as unusual..not necisarily paranormal.
So many are interested in the paranormal, and I would love to see the existence of ghosts to be scientifically proven.

oh yes indeed they do. A ghost investigation was done in my home, they lifted a evp and i got to listen and have a copy. I am an empathic medium who is also an artist. To answer your question souls are eternal, death is only for the physical body. I find that the tv shows medium and ghost whispher to be very realistic. It boils down to belief, what is yours? for faith is the substance hoped for, the evidence not seen.

BTW, most mental disorders misreading thoughts as reality have to do with religion not paranormal.
We as human are pre-wired to try to make shapes out of shadows, hear strange noises and instantly categorize them, it depends on how large your belief system is as to what you get to choose from when you hear a noise. Some species as fish most likely only choose size, As in bigger than they are is deadly and smaller than they are is safe. We get to pick from every movie we have seen, every story told to us and book we have read, not to mention our imagination.
It is all human qualities put in place to help us make it through the night and not get eaten by predators.
Experiences that happen to us that seem real or at least from POV are real, are still a bit of a mystery.
My experiences were location specific, I believe one was only going to happen that night at that cemetary, and the other one may still be going on at the house I was at, but not going to happen wherever I am. With me, if I have a bad experience, the more chance of having that same experience is to stay in that same place. So I move on, if I don't want it to repeat.

WELCOME to this site.!! I looked at your profile and saw you just entered the "World of Y/A". Hope you like it here and will contribute answers and experiences as well as questions.
Yes...I have had paranormal experiences...many of which I regret going along with . I think there are also people in the Mental Health section who have had paranormal experiences but don't know it and think it's "mental". I do agree that many of their experiences are "mental"..but not all of them. I'm here to try to find answers for myself and also for them. I'm here to try to get what's called "discernment"...so I can learn to tell the difference in what's paranormal and what's a mental problem. Besides that..I enjoy our "group discussions" on here. I think we all just want "insight" into what's really happening to us and to others. Hope you enjoy this site and stay with us a while.
