has anyone ever obtained someones arrest records? is this possible? how can i request them?

In Pennsylvania, you can't get somebody's "rap sheet", but you can do a search in the office of the Clerk of Criminal Courts for any given county. I have done it by actually going to the courthouse.

I used to work with a woman who would do criminal record checks on the boys her daughter Melissa dated. It was surprising what she found.

In Oklahoma, you can search online for any criminal or civil cases on the books in any county by entering the person's name.
Not sure what state you are in, but try searching for a public record of court dockets.
