that is not what hip's have been designed for.
however it may be worth to mention or just sell and move on.
but do leave a few nasty jokes for them / nasty surprises.....

try and find something positive about them?
If thats impossible, you will have to lie.
Stupid idea those house information packs, anyway the new people might get on with your neighbours :0/
Whos going to check what they are really like? No one can go round there and ask them if they are awful can they.
Choose viewing times when they are out!

Be careful - firstly R & S is right! It will put people off.

Secondly if you are asked any direct questions about your neighbours and you lie about any events, you are liable to prosecution if your purchasers subsequently discover this.
