I want to be able to prevent leakage of urine when laughing, sneezing or coughing but I dont want to do any surgery. The Kegals dont work for me or maybe I am not doing it right. I am 32 and I have 1 child.

nope, no medications will tighten up that sphincter, only the kegels will do that, and they must be done religiously to have any effect. I too had the same problem after two children, and while I still do kegels religiously, I finally opted for the surgery, it really wasn't that big a deal.
