The prosecutors office. It is a criminal charge. Only they can file a criminal charge. You do not need your own lawyer.

Call the police first. The police will involve the prosecutor in the jurisdiction where the crime occurred.
You should also consider hiring a personal injury lawyer to sue the perpetrator for assault. Try to find a lawyer who can be sensitive with you about what happened and isn't just a big money car accident attorney.

well..... a really really good one, but i don't hope to get raped. and chances are it will be a girl being raped not a boy.
