is thia a legite courier service,apparently they have a car and a cheque waiting to be delivered to me?

got an email stating i won a toyota camry car and have a check sitting there for 1 000 000 in uk money for me also.so i replied and was told that international courier service has my prize ready to be shipped, only need to pay $715 canadian to have it shipped out to me,is this for real?

They are trying to relieve you of your $715.00.

This is a rip off. This is a total scam. If you won something then why would you pay for any thing.
