i want to mail a (small) box and i wanted to know if you have to pay. and if you do like how much does it cost?

You can calculate postage at the postal service website based on the size and weight of your package and where it is shipping from and to.

Yes you do have to pay. The post office will, however provide the box for you and the popcorn stuff also. This too costs. Unfortunately I'm not sure how much it costs, but depending on the weight and size of the box...this will determine how much it will cost you.

Yes you do have to pay and it al depends on the weight of the box..And if you want insurance on it....

First-Class® letters $0.41 (first ounce)
$0.17 (each additional ounce)
Priority Mail® Flat Rate Boxes $8.95

Maximum weight: 13 ounces
Maximum size no more than 108" in combined length and girth
A package that exceeds 13 ounces is classified and priced as Priority Mail®.
(1.13 for the first ounce
$0.17 for each additional ounce)
