I ask because one of our female customer service reps sprays a lot of air freshner after she has done her business, and unfortunately it is SO strong (and my office is only 15 feet away from the washroom) that I start to cough almost immediately after she opens the door. How do I tell her to use a little less spray????????????

Take the spray out and put something in there that is not so strong or more to your liking

Ask her to lighten up on the spray and tell her if she uses a courtesy flush, it won't stink as bad.

we have a gay male in our office who poops in there regularly he would spray the hell out of it too and it smelled worse than the poop if you ask me....(flowers and poop, never a good smell) so we took the spray and hid it LOL!

I would rather smell air freshener than crap.
Maybe replace the nasty one with a can you like the smell of.

Tell her that you are allergic. Suggest to her that she light a match, it works much better.
