I've always thought "what child is this" to the tune of greensleeves is the most beautiful christmas song, but you're looking for a pop song, and I think Kelly Clarkson has a really really crappy pop christmas song, you could try that.

Try Boney M, they have been around for a while but they have some nice takes on clasic Christmas songs as well as some of their own.
Plus Ave Maria is always nice if done strong.
