Yes....with my latest daughter I had sore breasts within 5 days of conception...to be honest it felt like my milk was coming in....thats what gave me the idea that I was pregnant! She was also my third child, so maybe the fact that I have had previous pregnancies played a part in me recognizing symptoms so quickly too...

Yes, I had tender/sensitive nipples three days after I conceived....I was also constipated soon after.

it depends on how many days after...you can't have symptoms 2-3 days after but you can 2-3 weeks after.

Within about a week my boobs were really sore and I was sick to my stomach.

I don't think you could that quickly. But everybody is different.
