Yes....with my latest daughter I had sore breasts within 5 days of conception...to be honest it felt like my milk was coming in....thats what gave me the idea that I was pregnant! She was also my third child, so maybe the fact that I have had previous pregnancies played a part in me recognizing symptoms so quickly too...

Yep. The chemical change within your body starts almost immediately after the fertilized egg attaches to the womb, you may be especially sensitive.

Yes, I had tender/sensitive nipples three days after I conceived....I was also constipated soon after.

it depends on how many days after...you can't have symptoms 2-3 days after but you can 2-3 weeks after.
