A couple of days ago I got out of bed and felt really light headed and dizzy.I fainted in my office and I went home. My temperature is 107 and I feel really really ill. I have severe stomach pains on my right side and I keep throwing up. I feel really dizzy and faint about 70% of the time and my pulse is really fast. The pains in my stomach are getting worse, to the point of unbearable sharp cutting pains. Please help me.

Dial 911, have an ambulance take you to the hospital immediately.
Make sure you are able to tell the paramedics where all medication you take is kept.
With a fever such as this one...a hospital is the safest place for you.
All the right people and tests are there to do a proper diagnostic ...this is not a time to be asking non professionals..even though we care a great deal about you...you definitely need to see a doctor...
Please call for back-up....911

Definitely EMERGENCY ROOM time!
Your temperature is dangerously high.
Your appendix is on the right side of your lower abdomen and could be severely inflamed, close to rupturing. That is a life-threatening condition. Go to the hospital NOW.

You can not possibly have a fever of 107 because you would be brain dead. If you are feeling that bad go to the ER.

Possible perforated stomach ulcer or an ulcer transecting a large blood vessel in the stomach or apedicitis. Has your poop been black and tar-like lately? That's the blood leeking into your bowel. This is VERY SERIOUS!!! Do not just go to bed and hope you feel better (you might not wake up!). Call 911

If you really are experiencing those symptoms, you wouldn't be able to be on the internet, much less typed all that you just typed.
Go to the freakin' emergency room.
Do people just lie about stuff, or do some just need to be TOLD what to do?

If you have a temp of 107, you need to be in the ER, not in front of a computer.
