squeeze at first, then roll from the end when the tube seems to be getting empty. that way you get most of the toothpaste.

I just grab a hold and squeeze..... because it's not it a regular toothpaste tube its kinda a plastic container thing!

well that depends if the toothpaste is full then i would just squeeze but if it like almost gone and i need more then i would roll and squeeze.

I usually squeeze the middle until it's down to the last little bit, then I roll, baby.

I follow directions: Squeeze from the bottom and roll it up. People who are lazy squeeze anywhere and make more work for the next time!

What I do is take all the left over tooth paste from the end then put it all in the top and squeeze

lol i just grab and squeeze, i tried to roll like the box says but it never stays rolled. i gave up.
