I think alot of people forget about Jake "The Snake" Roberts, in his prime that man radiated pure evil in his interviews.

Dude i was thinking the same thing with Roberts. The way he would talk all quiet and mean. You didnt know if he was serious or what. All the others said the same thing Jake rarely said the same thing twice . Also when he threatened someone you thought he just might meet them out back with a bat or something. When Jake swung his arm over his head it was OVER that or the short arm clothesline when the guy was on the outside ring apron and Jake was inside the ring

Scott Steiner honorable mention.

Yeah, JaKe was definitely the man when it came to mic skills and in-ring psychology. So he's in my top 5.

Jake the Snake
The Rock
Ric "Whoo" Flair
Macho Man Randy "Oh Yeah!" Savage
Hulk Hogan (talk about charisma) "Whatcha' gonna do, brother, when Hulk runs wild over you?"
Dusty Rhodes American Dream, I loved him and Sapphire together, they were a riot.
Let me also add Ted DiBiase "Million Dollar Man" "Everyone's got a price"
