In times of chrisis is take a moment to list my options, then decide on a course of action and execute. If I have no options, I find consolation in the fact that I have done all I could do and accept the fact that the outcome is out of my hands.

First, I need to know what you mean by "crisis" - If it involves being a victim or witness of crime of any sort , then I would talk to a kind Pastor or counselor. If I am at home and I am going through something than probably gaining support by posting and recieving messages on forums for "crisis situations". If it is something minor than I would try to get my mind off of it for the moment and do something like clean like crazy or do tons of homework.

Panic on the inside and try not to scream. Then talk it out and try to resolve it --- then again, it all depends on what type of crisis and where I am and if others are involved. Lots of things to consider............generally ASK FOR HELP.

I would usually just sit in my bedroom and think about things that makes me happy, or I would go outside and take a walk around the neighborhood. Then after that I would read a book or eat fruit.

It depends on the crisis actually --- I do prefer Miller Lite, play Wii or watch something good on TV. Then again, that's what I do regardless......

Take a deep breath, and remind myself that it could always be worse, for example when trying to remember something being calm helps the memory work better, and stress inhibits performance.

I release my frustrations through crying, then I rock back & forth, then I eat, or drink alcohol. No drugs. Drugs cause more crisis. Actually, so does drinking. & food because it makes me fatter. Maybe I should stick w/ rocking back & forth.
