I normally wear contact lenses all of the time and have done so for several years. However, I keep a pair of glasses in case of emergencies because I hate them. Yesterday, my left eye became irritated and I was forced to remove my contact lenses. Today I had to wear my pair of glasses to work and have noticed that they make my forehead hurt terribly! Also, the back of my head hurts especially when I look down. Why? Is there anything I can do to make the pain go away? Like I said, I hate glasses and I can't wait for my eye irritaiton to go away so I can wear my contact lenses.

No they are not a new prescription, I've had the same prescription glasses and contacts for years. Is there anything I can do to ease the headache?

have you ever thought about investing in lasek eye surgery it is very safe and although it can be up to 3,000 it gives you better than 20/20 vision and you wont ever have to deal with the pain of glasses rubbing your nose or ears and wont have to deal with contacts irritaing your eyes or cleaning them...just a thought i plan on investing in that soon as i get my taxes back next year..if you have insurance look to see how much they cover and have your dr back it up

Same here. I would go get those contacts back in asap. I hate wearing glasses. Nose and head headaches. Even with the lighter glasses too.

Are your glasses the right perscription? Even when it is just a little off you can get head aches. Try loosening the tension of your glasses or if you don't know how and you have a costco membership sometimes they will.

It's first-rate. Kudos to you for settling on to breastfeed, and extra kudos for seeking to do it responsibly. Breastfeeding isn't handy on the grounds that of disorders like those and the judgement that comes from others. I'd deliver a little one breastmilk with a teeny little bit of wine over the rubbish in components any day. Keep up the first-class paintings, and feature a pitcher of wine.

Take them back to the place where you got them from. Ask them to adjust the glasses to better fit your face. My wife has the same problems and that is what she does.

good luck.
