I saw that and take it with a grain of salt because some people are just insensitive. You are right, that answerer does not understand your situation and probably doesn't want to. Check with the Jaycees in your area. When I was a member we matched letters from needy children to toys donated to the Marines Toys for Tots and delivered them dressed up as Santa, Mrs. Clause and elfs directly to their doors. Our salvation army also has a Christmas gift giveaway for the children, check whether yours does, too. Best of Luck.

Well honestly no i do not, we do not know if you are at the library or sitting at home. I understand that times can be hard I have gone through my share but also had NO Internet, or cable TV or phone even, you do with out and pray alot for a better way of life. I am sorry that you are going through this but many people will ask for help from others then go do there drugs while on the computer. most of the time these the ones that say they are not to young to have kids yet by the time the kids are in school they realize how hard it is and what other people were saying about it. If you truly need help there are organizations that can help you like Toys For Tots and the salvation army. will help. you can also go to the school your kids go to and tell them about it they might want to help you out for the kids sake. good luck

Why should you care what one person on here who may even be in a different country cares? If you really need help with your children at christmas put your names down on local church schemes or things in your area. In my are UK they are starting surestart to help people who needs help. I am a single mum with 3 children under 6 and 16 weeks pregnant, i am on social benefits because i cant work at the moment. I have not put my name down on any schemes as i am to proud what i do is i save all year so i can give presents and nice meals for christmas and birthdays all year round. I dont run a car (so i save money there), i dont smoke, i dont drink, i hardly go out. Basically my children are my life. I am lucky yes i have family that could help IF I LET THEM, but i wont as my children are my responsibility. Now your circumstances maybe different if you can get help you do it. GOod luck

Yes I do!! I have a computer as you can see its not new,no plans to buy another one,and I too am low income. It was bought when I had the money and paid cash for it,wonder if that responder can say the same? I hate it when people make assumptions without knowing you. Also things happen to change your situation so what you planned today may not be what you can do tommorow Bless you.

Don't let it get to you. People say mean things even when they do not know the whole story. Sorry that person made a mean comment but just know that what goes around comes around and someone may say something mean to them and then they will know how it made you feel.

Yeah absolutely, he has no right to judge you when he really knows nothing about you or your situation. Don't worry about it he doesn't know you, I hope you have a great christmas and remember that christmas is about kindness, friends and family so good luck.

yes, i do. i know exactly what your feeling. its not fair to judge when now knowing you. Dont take it defensively though, you know what your doing, and you know what your life is about. My family is a military family and i know plenty of ppl that get help from daycare, foodstamps, and WIC, so what is the difference. As long as your trying you are completing (well in my book) deserving of any services! good luck

It's the comment of a random stranger who clearly knows nothing about you and has drawn conclusions based on his own conjecture. Why should that bother you?
