Usually not. The application will ask whether you're eligible to attend the last institution and their transcripts will show your status.

There are some exceptions that will accept anyone with $ but those generally won't help your career plans much.

Try to keep from getting suspended - it's not a good situation to be in. That may require taking a whole semester of "easy A" classes you don't need just to get your GPA back up.

Most likely NOt in the same community college district. Anywhere else may depend on THEIR rules. Not all educational institutes have the same regulations.

To get a REAL answer, you will have to contact the college at which you'd like to attend.

you need to stop screwing around for a while and get serious with your coursework. otherwise get some skill at making french fries.
