Well there were many complaints of the stamp falling off the letters so president bush immediately ordered a presidential review board to look at the problem.
The review board reported back 3 months later with the following details:
1) the stamp itself follows all guideline correctly for shape size and wieght.
2) the glue on the back of the stamps passes all current adhesive regulations.
3) people are just spitting on the wrong side of the stamps.

The stamp dipicted the Bush mounting a donkey from behind, while standing on a over turned bucket, to show what his opinion of the Democratic Congress is session is doing for the country.

nice try but the USPS does not put anyone's picture on a stamp if they are still alive PLUS it's been a few years since I've seen any stamps that needed licking...

AWESOME!!!! I have to buy a thousand of them as I am a stamp collector and HE is a GREAT PRESIDENT, despite what you say ***** about him. ;) Actually, it sounds like you're jealous that he is doing such a great job, and you have to sit there and read comments on Yahoo answers!!!!
